李韡玲簡介

她是朋友、讀者口中的Ling姐。自小從有點中醫常識的母親處學曉如何摘取野生的馬櫻丹(臭花草)來煲水洗身治皮膚病、用片糖煲水沖涼醫身痕…...。

八十年代中至九十年代初出任Cosmopolitan香港版總編輯。九十年代初獲獎學金到日本學習日文並在日本著名時裝雜誌《流行通信》進修雜誌的編採工作。及後回港與友人創辦《流行通信》中文版並出任總編輯。1998年TVB成立普通話台《八頻道》，Ling姐應聘成為該頻道「潮流追風」節目主持人兼資料搜集員至2001年約滿離任。1994年開始在「香港經濟日報」和「信報」撰寫專欄，以時裝潮流為主題。2000年轉寫天然護膚的好處，把在日本時耳濡目染的天然護膚方法每日在專欄內與讀者分享。並把專題文章輯錄成書，至今共出版了共超過40本有關天然護膚護髮養生的暢銷專書。

Ling姐也寫小說，由明窗出版社出版的包括：《我要結婚》(短篇)、《哭泣在巴黎鐵塔下》(短篇)、《那一年的雨季》(中篇)，並有雜文集《流行一派》。

千百年來日本人用以護膚護髮及食用的椿花油(茶花籽油)即Tusbaki Oil，因Ling姐在專欄內大力推介，使之得以廣為人知。是以，一提起椿花油就自然想到Ling姐，因此為她贏來Queen of Tusbaki Oil的美譽。

目前，Ling姐是香港經濟日報、頭條日報專欄作家。

Lee Wai-Ling, Maria

Lee Wai Ling’s passion for natural beauty and traditional health wisdom was inspired by her mother.  She was the editor in chief at the Hong Kong edition of Cosmopolitan from mid-80s to early 90s.  In early 90s, she was offered a scholarship to study Japanese in Tokyo and polished her editorial acumen at Ryuko Tsushin (流行通信), the top fashion magazine in Japan, followed by launching the Chinese edition of RyukoTsushin (流行通信) after her return to Hong Kong.  In 1998, TVB launched Channel 8 (八頻道), a Putonghua channel, and Ling became the host and research writer for its lifestyle programme 「潮流追風」 till 2001.  She began to pen her columns on fashion for Hong Kong Economic Times and Hong Kong Economic Journal since 1994, and her interest turned to natural beauty in 2000. Her prolific features have been turned into more than 40 best selling books of rich resources on natural beauty and traditional health practices.

Ling is also a novelist and her works such as 《我要結婚》(collection of novellas)、《哭泣在巴黎鐵塔下》(collection of novellas)、《那一年的雨季》and 《流行一派》(collection of proses) have been published by 明窗出版社

Ling bas been hailed as the “Queen of tsubaki oil”, thanks to her enthusiastic promotion of the century-old Japanese secrets of health and beauty of tsubaki oil (Camellia seed oil) in her columns.

 Now, Ling is a columnist for Hong Kong Economic Times and Headline Daily.
